For Same Day Delivery order placed before 8pm will be sent on the same day unless otherwise stated or durians are already sold out.  

For Store pickup,  Please check with us in advance to confirm availability. 

Freshly dehusked and prepared upon delivery, best enjoyed within 24 hours. 
Each box is around 400g +/- 50g. 
Orders may be pushed to the next delivery day if the durians on the day is deem unsatisfactory by SGDURIAN. 

100% Replacement Policy (Case-by-case basis) In the event the durian is unripe/sour, please:
1. Contact us immediately with your order number and wait 24 hours for our response. 
2. Please send us photo/videos to show the problem. 
3. Do not consume or throw away the durian. 
4. Wait for further instructions/replacement. 

As durians are natural fruits, we do try our best to QC the orders that go out, but sometimes the actual taste and texture may not be 100% to your liking. 

We urge consumers to exercise reasonable judgement and be more open to various taste and texture profiles of durians. You may also receive a mixture of large/small seeds. We will definitely do our best to deliver the best to our customers. As much as we hope to deliver 100% small seeds, durians are a natural product and we are unable to ensure so all the time and we seek your understanding.
